Rob Rennie
President, Equipment Business
Rob Rennie is president, equipment business, for the Invensys Operations Management division of Invensys plc, responsible for the company’s measurement and instrumentation business, including Eurotherm and IMServ, as well as marketing, R&D and all functional support.
Before assuming this role, he served as president of the company’s Europe, Russia and Africa (EURA) region, responsible for all manufacturing; direct and indirect sales; regional marketing communications; consulting; engineering; and project and maintenance services in his geographical area.
Rennie has worked for Invensys for more than 20 years, predominately within the Eurotherm business, including positions of responsibility for Eurotherm’s global operations, as well as the company’s M&I business within EURA, forming the Equipment Business stream.
During his time at Invensys, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility, including operations, sales and marketing. He was also part of the team that brought together Eurotherm, Chessell and TCS to form an integrated Eurotherm. Since the formation of Invensys Operations Management, Rennie has concentrated on building the new Equipment organization to meet the increasing demand for the company’s Foxboro, Eurotherm and IMServ product lines.
