Liam Weston
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Liam Weston is senior vice president, human resources, for Invensys Operations Management, responsible for developing and delivering human resources strategies and operations that ensure and maintain a high-performing organization, engaged workforce and the corporate culture to attract, retain and grow the industry’s best talent.

Weston joined Invensys in January 2006 as the director of human resources for Invensys Process Systems, serving as the human resource business partner to the chief financial officer. He also served as the change and transformation leader for the company’s global SAP project, overseeing change management, communications, training and organization design. In April 2007, he became senior vice president, talent, h.r. strategy and corporate groups for Invensys plc, serving as the human resource business partner to the company’s chief financial, human resources, operating and legal officers. In that position, Weston oversaw organizational design, change management and executive coaching to accelerate Invensys as an integrated operating company, including a number of high-profile outsourcing and off shoring arrangements. He was also responsible for global performance management, goal deployment, and talent and succession management, as well as the company’s organization effectiveness programs, focused on integrating human resources and other business processes to help drive the company’s long-term strategic plan.

Weston has more than 20 years of human resources experience, including several leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company in the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. Mostly focused on delivering enterprise SAP programs, he also directed teams and projects focused on employee training, development and performance management.

He has a master’s degree in human resource development from Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
